The question is just a wording thing.  If I saw this in the lab I would ask
for clarification.  The wording is somewhat convoluted.

Hi Kings,
Technically, a switchport in "Trunk" mode can still use DTP.

If we configure switchport mode dynamic [desirable/auto], we put the
switchport in dynamic access (It would use DTP to negotiate a trunk)

To totally turn off switchport negotiations, we should use "switchport
non-negotiate" command.
