Hi All,
I was going through the "Cisco ASA:All-in-One Firewall,IPS,Anti-X, and
VPN Adaptive Security Appliance" book and able to see it is referring the
IPSec Default Security Association Lifetime as 4,608,000KB and in another
context while explaining modifying default parameters on the IPSec it is
reffering 4,275,000KB as the default Value.
So referred the Cisco 8.2 Command reference and found the default IPSec
security association lifetime data is 4,608,000KB.My question is ,is there
any relevance to the value 4,275,000KB or its just a typo.
Also if somebody could provide me an insight why they came up with the
4,608,000KB as the default value,that would be great.
