What pod where you on?  Who was helping you?  They will issue a replacement
voucher for the session but need to investigate why this has occured.

Hello Tyson,

 

I did and i explained the problem. They gave me a list of steps to follow
and i tried all of them to no avail. I them sent them a mail back telling
them that nothing was working. But i didn't get a response. 

 

I remembered it was a VMWARE issue , but i didn't know what the issue was.
