Hello,

Addition of OEQs to R&S was announced with 30-day notice. Removal was
done with literally single-day notice. Troubleshooting was added with
the blueprint change, so the notice was 6 months. However, unless
blueprint changes, Cisco could introduce troubleshooting to
theSecurity lab tomorrow, without ANY notice.

Personally, I think we will be given reasonable amount of time to
prepare for the format change and as Tyson already wrote, our material
already covers troubleshooting in great detail.
