One thing I'm looking into quite closely right now is using Amazon EC2 to run a GNS3/Dynamips environment. You can get the equivalent of 8 CPU cores and 7gb RAM (or 4 cores with 15gb RAM) for as little as $0.68/hour, and a service like Rightscale makes management a snap. Assuming I get it all working, I'll do a blog post about it at some point.
