the unrouteable is telling you it is not aware of the path to the RP.

 

This would be checked by looking at "show ip pim rp-address"

 

Are all of the devices registered to the Multicast RP.

 

ip pim rp-address <x.x.x.x> 

 

Whatever it might be.

 

So a couple things that need to happen for this to work

ip multicast-routing

! turned on globally on all the devices

interface xyz

 ip pim sparse-mode

! all interfaces that need to forward multicast traffic

!

ip pim rp-address <ip of RP>

True Tacack, that's what Jerome was saying - ping woks but the rekeys fails.
Something to do with KS.

because when the KS pings the Multicast address, it's reaching the GMs .
Only rekeys are not being received. I'm leaving this to the multicast
experts :) I suck at it.
