AFAIK , the first port used to connect to ACS is TCP 2002. If you are
connecting locally, you would type in "http://localhost:2002"; to start-up
ACS ( i.e if the ACS processes are running in the background ). After you
type in this, it changes to some other port.

This is especially useful to know if the ACS is behind a firewall where we
would have to open up this port.
