Hello Merry Christmas can someone help Hello I cant remember my proctor password, so i clicked on the password retrieve. i used my email id which i connect to ipexpert site. it says password sent but since last 40 mins i have not received my password. i then put any random username . it said the same, password sent to the registered email id. i am stuck and i cant access the lab. this is my first time login in, do i have to schedule the rack access or i can just login and use the voucher to access but first i need the access and i cant, very dissapointed pls help asap thanks
