As long as all the attributes are there for IETF or cisco-av then only one or 
the other need to be used.  I believe this was shown to allow you to see both 
ways of doing it.

Hello All,

In the DSG for Lab 5 task 4.8 we defined "ipsec:tunnel-type=ESP" under 
[009\001] cisco-av-pair.  But then we go and define a value of "IP ESP" under 
[64] Tunnel-Type.  Is there a reason why we are defining the same thing under 
both IETF/IOS RADIUS?
