Boot camps are not always good, you need to find a good one. I did a boot camp, not going to mention which company, but it was a waste of my time and worst my $$$. I would recommend if you do a boot camp ensure that they offer you something in case you fail. The one I did told me I was out of luck, no extra practice, no free lab time, nothing but a dent in my bank account. But that's just my experience.

Hiya, Other folks on this mailer are better placed to answer your question, but here my 2c worth: I passed an R&S CCIE by doing just home study with a rack and lots of practice labs - no bootcamp. I hope to pass Sec without attending a bootcamp (no bootcamps in my continent!), although I bet the bootcamp would teach you a great deal and accelerate your studies. HTH, Jerome
