What I understand from this is that on the first statement, the crypto isakmp 
will be applied to the entire crypto map even if it has 500 statements.
On the second option (my preferable), you would have the profile only applied 
to 
the that specific crypto line (10 in this case) and you can have others without 
any profile applied
