Hello Kamran, One aspect i notice in your config is that you do not have the "ip nhrp map multicast" command on the spokes. This command would instruct the spokes to send the multicast(routing) traffic to the actual NBMA IP of the hub. I would give that a shot and see if the neighborship comes up.
