Apologies for replying to my own question: but the moment I sent the email the URL started to work with some tweaking.
So for the historical record, here's what I learnt: 1. CSD isn't on the blueprint, so this is a side-trip to understand how IOS SSL VPN works. 2. CSD is deprecated on IOS headends; the last supported version is 3.1; 3.2 and greater require ASA headends. 3. After, installing CSD, the URL https://<MYSITE>/csd_admin.html is available (have to set IE8 "Trusted Sites" settings to "Low" to access). This is the "CSD Administrator Page". 4. The default credentials are: admin/<router's enable password> 5. There is a drop-down box listing all WebVPN contexts with "csd enable" 6. You get to "Secure Desktop Manager for WebVPN", where there are four things to configure "Windows Location Settings", "Windows CE", "Mac & Linux Cache Cleaner", "Upload/Download Settings".
