Have you tried to use packet-tracer on asa? I don't know ASA defaults well, but I would 
bet that some default "not-sending-echo-reply-on-outside" or any other funny 
feature is working in the background ;)

Hi ,

No connectivity between ASA1 and R5  I'm stuck can please help me to identifies 
what is wrong !!!

support team  of proctorlabs  say that have verified that all interfaces on 
ASA-1 and R5 are in the up / up state so layer one connectivity is working

 both devices R5 and ASA-1 are connected on the same Switch and the 
respectively port are on the same Vlan 5

Cat 3

interface FastEthernet0/5 ----->  connected to R5
 switchport access vlan 5
 switchport mode access
 spanning-tree portfast
end

interface FastEthernet0/10-------->  connected to ASA1 ethernet 0/0
 switchport access vlan 5
 switchport mode access
 spanning-tree portfast
end

5    VLAN0005                         active    Fa0/5, Fa0/10

Router 5

interface FastEthernet0/1
 ip address 10.1.5.5 255.255.255.0

ASA1
