Elliot,

did not understand what you want to implement, but in my understanding ipv6
on asa don't have any restrictions in multiple contexts mode,
and you can configure ipv4 & ipv6 addresses on same interface, and configure
routes for both ipv4 and ipv6 in same context,
and you will be able to create context with ipv6 only addressing.
