Adil,

I'd say CISSP as this is more general and contains more about information 
security.
CEH and CISA are more technical.

Basically speaking if you want to run pentests you should go for CEH. If you 
want to run security audits go for CISA. If you want to know more about 
information security in addition to CCIE, go for CISSP.
