Anyconnect doesn't work with RDP and I think, the reason is that we don't
have the sufficient privileges.

As Piotr told, VNC is the only option.

Not sure, if we will have the same issue in the real lab where we use RDP.

Is there any option on RDP which will enable us to connect Anyconnect
successfully?
