Hi Umberto,
It was my error / confusion between UTC and EST.

I reloaded the router 3 times.

It did not loose the clock since 2811 has built in clock and the CA server is 
enabled.

R4#sh crypto pki server 
Certificate Server ciscoca:
    Status: enabled
    State: enabled

R4#sh clock
*12:45:51.799 est Wed Aug 3 2011
R4#
