I think the question should state

* The packet is dropped by an ACL

the subject is netflow where he asks what is the meaning of Null keyword on the

His answer is as I pasted
On a router, the DestIf shows that Null is normal in circumstances when: 
* The packet is a broadcast or a multicast. 
* The packet does not match an ACL, and has been dropped. 
* The packet has been process switched.

I could test all but second. How could I test this packet that does not match 
an ACL?
