hi Guys i have a very basic question that may sounds silly, regarding IOS Auth-proxy, typically we see the example are with "auth-proxy authorization", can auth-proxy be implemented only using authentication, but not authorization ?
i tested by just authenticating the user with ip auth-proxy name..etc and apply to interface", without any "auth-proxy" config on ACS and no auth-proxy authorization command on router, just the username/password on ACS. of course user get authenticated successfully and able to access the original web traffic on the router/switch for example. however, does it mean that "auth-proxy" feature is only "complete" with auth-proxy authorization ? Thanks in advance KY
