You can only apply to dynamic crypto map. In the case VTI based EzVPN server, it should be applied to the IPsec profile.
But for EzVPN server, you need not apply the isakmp profiles to the crypto map or ipsec profiles. If there is no ISAKMP profiles associated, the IOS scans for all isakmp profiles configured on the router. ISAKMP profile needs to be associated when there are possibilities for the tunnel initiation from the local side like site to site vpn. For example, if you want the initiator to initiate IPSec in aggressive mode in a site to site vpn deployment.
