access-l 101 per ip 10.45.8.0 255.255.255.0 3.2.4.0 255.255.255.0

static (inside,outside) 10.45.3.250 access-list 101
global address overlaps with mask

Why do I get this error in RED?

If I use global (outside) 100 x.y.z.1
and nat (inside) 100 access-list 101 all works fine.

Best Regards.
