Everything is fine there. If there is WinXP SP2 you must enable Windows Zero configuration service. If there is WinXP SP3 you must enable Wired AutoConfig. Try to uncheck Meetinghouse driver in network connection properties and flap the interface. It should be fine. If not, restart the VM.
