I am trying to ping some router interface and it is not responding and when I
make debu ip icmp on router I see this message (my workstation ip which is
directly connected to router is 10.0.0.150
*Sep 25 16:29:32.703: ICMP: dst (10.0.0.3) administratively prohibited
unreachable sent to 10.0.0.150
