I think the question is tricky,,, but it does mention in the first part that
"denied host for any INBOUND connection" which to me means OUTSIDE interface
only.


part 2 of that question is an extension of part 1... usually its the outside
interface which is configured as a proxy interface fo rinbound traffic...
