In the ACL one you can check the hits against it , and the other one
which simply puts tcp smtp wont give you that, 

 

Plus  ACL can log details in a greater details with further arguments
padded to the access-list line , isn't it !

and

 

class-map SMTP

 match port tcp smtp

 

 

Which one we should use on exam
