I had an issue with my lab attempt but it was not a rack issue. My flight had
got cancelled. I was supposed to reschedule/reappear within 90 days. But
Cisco had to manually allow me to access the rescheduling on their site. I
guess you need to open a case with them. Hope this helps.

Hi List
I know this is not a technical question but has anyone arrived at a location
before and not been able to take the LAB due to issues with the racks that
could not be resolved in the 2 hour time period?
THis happened to me in Dubai yesterday 01/11/2012 (along with 6 other guys on
the other tracks) and now we need to reschedule.
Does anyone know how long we must wait before we can reschedule as the
Scheduling page does not show any results? Does anyone know of this occurring
with other students?
