I know that when you use http intercept for xauth authentication, the
user has the option to bypass and access the internet only.  Is this
regardless of the configuration for split tunneling on the server
side?  For example, say you have a remote site and you wish for all of
their traffic including internet surfing to go through corporate.  So,
we would not configure split tunneling at all on the server, but if
the user still has the option to access internet only when the EZVPN
remote router intercepts and HTTP request, how would that work?
