go to cisco.com and then click support and then start navigating through
all the required technologies. like security, switches,  Networking
Software (IOS &
NX-OS)<http://www.cisco.com/web/tsweb/redirects/mm/support/ios.html>




in Security you will find ASA, IPS, AAA, CTA.
in Switches you will find 3560/3750
and in Networking Software (IOS &
NX-OS)<http://www.cisco.com/web/tsweb/redirects/mm/support/ios.html>
you
will find IOS 12.4 and 12.4T which will take you to all the required
documents for VPN, QOS and routing.
