Hi, Yes, and no.
I've successfully used this option (got a working meta signature) using the "Component list is order" However, if I didn't add the signatures in the correct order (without having to re-order them afterwards), often the meta signature didn't work. I know you can re-order the signatures (moving them up and down) when creating the META signature. But in my experience, often when I did that, the META signature stopped working with "Component list in order" enabled. The only "workaround" was to delete the META signature and start from scratch, and adding the signatures in correct order without having to "tweak" the ordering within the META signature.
