Bruno, I think what Eugene is trying to tell is - the packet should have been dropped by RFC2827-OUTBOUND ACL. The Inbound ACL allows the packet and that is expected.
Eugene, Just guessing here, Is it because access-list don't apply to router-generated packets ? Regards, Karthik
