No problem. I know a lot of other CCIEs and CCIE candidates have been happy there as well. When you give them a call to book your room, mention that you are there to take your CCIE lab exam at Cisco. They should have a shuttle to and from the lab, and they will also pick you up at the airport free of charge (at least they did back in 2009 when I took my lab)
