I personally attended the one week lab experience and those were the best days for building exam strategies, nailing down some difficult concepts and several good discussions with other ppl and instructor around. On average we used to work 12 or more hours of lab (sometimes even 16) That experience really gave me the right confidence. There were several ppl who attended the ful 10 days experience and they were very happy as well. So I would recomend the full 10 days of possib
