Hello, Ive logged a support ticket... hopefully someone wakes up. Google-fu not helping, hopefully someone here knows the answer.
Im trying to log in via Ubuntu to Proctor Labs security rack. I have entered my username/password, and it is asking me for a "group name" and "group password". Any ideas what it is? Would have been nice if we knew everything we needed to (ie the fact we need a VPN client installed etc) before the session started rather than it saying, "by the way, install this" after the session starts and chews into our session time.
