It can come within many flavors, it may be that the encryption (not 
encapsulation) can be done by a GET VPN or any other router, but yeah... 
password wise... ask the proctor..... it is always better put the address with 
the peer if you know it. 

The lab is really specific... in some labs that you do for practice.. they are 
not :D

On the exam I would be as specific as possible at least for the spokes, only 
have a PSK for a hub router IP. And if you know your spoke IP, I'd put it down 
to a key on a hub as well. Same configuration effort. Same for GETVPN
