I can see that the set peer on the crypto map was defined using IP address
and the key based on host name and since that was not associated in any way
before I created the IP to name mapping
I kept getting the error message

**Mar 1 01:40:10.307: ISAKMP:(0):Can not start Aggressive mode, trying
Main mode.*
**Mar 1 01:40:10.311: ISAKMP:(0): No Cert or pre-shared address key. *

obviously even if the crypto map set peer was hostname we would still need
the IP to hostname mapping for the actual reachability.
