Hi, Has anyone else just had a session cancelled by Proctorlabs for scheduled maintenance?
My lab is on the 29th and I've just had two sessions which have been booked for months cancelled and sent a voucher to rebook my session times, except there are no more sessions available before my lab. I've sent an email to the guys asking for them to move the scheduled maintenance to after the 16th of Nov so that everyone who's studying for their lab doesn't get affected by this. Really disappointed that they don't block scheduled maintenances in advance. That way people can book around it when there are still some slots free. Hope no one else has been affected by this as well.
