That command allows you to define 1 local pool to be assigned to all your
EZVPN groups. So with that command you wouldn't have to specify the same
group over and over in each EZVPN group, just enter it once globally and you
are done.

 pool EasyVPN  <<< The local pool is already configured here >>>

 acl split-tunnel

!

ip local pool EasyVPN 2.2.2.2 2.2.2.20

!
