This is unfortunate that this particular 'virus' has actually infected so many people. I have seen and dealt with plenty personally.
While a lot of people work their ass of to get just one exam done properly , there are several now who have more than 1 under their belt. Few of them have passed their 2 exams within like 6 weeks of passing the first. While I am not saying that there are not any true genius in the world . But how is that possible that all of these 'geniuses' are coming out from particular parts of the world only. I am sure Cisco being a big company can run some analysis and figure this out.
