I took my lab exam in June last year when mobile lab was in Poland.
Everything was (almost) the same - even the proctor! :-D I was very
surprised to see the same proctor I had during my previous attempt in
Brussels :-) But that was an exception, I guess.

I didn't have any problem with accessing devices and the most important
thing: the access to Cisco documentation was much much better. When I had
my first attempt in Brussels, I complained that it takes forever to open
the site with Cisco docs (about 2 - 3 minutes). I didn't have that problem
during mobile lab at all.

The atmosphere during the exam was a little bit more informal (and at the
same time - more comfortable) comparing to the normal lab. Maybe it was
because of the amount of people in the room - during mobile labs you
usually have less seats available (in my case it was one for security and
two for routing & switching). The room was smaller (comparing to that in
Brussels), so I was sitting closer to other candidates - that was the only
disadvantage. But the equipment (monitor, keybord, mouse) was the same and
I remember that I even liked the Polish keybord more, because it was more
comfortable to type. I knew the facility (Warsaw Cisco office), because I
have been there before several times (I worked for Cisco partner company
that time).

All in all, if I had a chance, I would take the exam during mobile lab once
again.
