I'm in a session right now, most of my reverts have been stuck at 50%, I waited 
the first time for 30 min, then I've been trying each device individually, and 
they are still getting stuck.  I essentially can't do anything, and the after 
hours support link at the bottom of the page only takes me to the FAQ, where I 
can't do anything.  Nowhere on your page do I see after hour support 
information, it's simply not there.  I've tried in 3 different browsers to see 
if something isn't showing up on one, but I can't find the info.

How do I go about getting after hours support?  And why do I have to revert my 
own rack each time I start a session?  Isn't the reason we only have 3 hours 
and 45 min of rack time so the auto-revert script can revert the rack back for 
the next person?
