As a personal opinion, it all depends on the requirement and also on the budget 
that you have available.


MPLS and leased lines are always more expensive than just configuring a VPN 
using the internet link you already have, but this is not as secure as a leased 
line.


1st option (cheaper) - configuring a VPN using the infrastructure you already 
have. Maybe upgrading the band, but nothing as expensive.


2nd option - MPLS or Leased Line, which are more expensive but more secured 
than using the internet to link 2 locations.


It all depends on the budget.
