Found the Issue. I had my DNS server as a second DNS. It kept saying that it was not able to resolved the fqdn of my server. I move my DNS server as the primary and I am able to see the groups now.

The problem that I am having is that the ISE says that there are no groups on my active directory. Im not quite sure if this is an issue with IE as any other browser in any other computer it fails the same way, no groups are showing on the AD.
