Hi;

I completed the MAB for the IP phone task, however I have some doubts and I
think it resides on concepts.

1-When the Phone connects to the Network, the guide says that the Username and
password Attribute is going to be the device MAC address. I guess this is
authenticated against the profiled endpoint is this correct?

2-When the phone is connected to the network and the port is authorized, I can
see that an ACL is applied permitting the rest of the traffic (this is in case
of the low impact mode), from where is the ACL grabbed?

StatusRule Name Conditions(identity groups and other
conditions) Permissions Profiled Cisco IP Phones if
         Cisco-IP-Phone then
Cisco_IP_Phones

Where does that "Permissions" Come from? I can see on its Details the DACL
name and the traffic that is going to be allowed, but nothing else.

Another question (and maybe not that related), how you guys lab this thing up?
Fortunately, I have an ISE and some equipment so I can do this, but If I had to
rack this up on proctor labs, the Only way would scheduling a 12 hour rack
session?

Some guidance would be awesome.
A
Thanks!
