1 - the MAC of the profiled device is added to the Endpoints identity store, hence the device may be authenticated by its MAC 2 - "Permissions" is the Authorization Profile applied when this Rule is hit. It can be found under Policy/Results/Authorization/Author.Profiles. "Cisco-IP-Phone" is one of the pre-defined profiles which sends permit any dacl and Voice Domain Permission.
