Hi,
ISE Is not a syslog server. Syslogs are used mostly internaly and then
consolidated in DB. You can view the logs using the various reports
features.
You can also configure external logging server in administration > logging
to get raw logs.

The only feature that needs to receive syslogs from devices is the guest
activity report. Maybe some profiling feature would get stuff out of
syslogs but I doubt it.

You can also check the localStore.log files in Operation > Download Logs >
Debug Logs.
