migration process has now been fully restored. You will have access to all of
your files – and some additional files that have been added for various
workbooks. The process that should be completed is as follows:1.
Go to www.ipexpert.com – click on “Client Login” in the upper
right corner.2. You will fill in the “New
Customers” information which will include your first & last name and email
address (click on “Sign up”).3. You will need to
confirm your email address, so check your email and follow the instructions
pertaining to the confirmation procedures.4. When
you click on the link provided in your confirmation email, you will login w/
the credentials provided (email address and temporary password).5.
Once logged in, you will then be prompted to create your OWN
password.6. Once you have confirmed your email
address and login – you will see a blue box that says “Migrate your old
accounts here” – click on the word “here”.7. Enter
your OLD USERNAME (which in many cases is different than your email address)
and your OLD account password and then click “Submit”.8.
You will (should) then have access to all of your files under the
“Downloads” section.Note: You should use your new username / password for all
logins (IPexpert Members Area, File Encryption, etc.)We apologize for the
inconvenience, but are also happy to announce that the following additional
