Guys, Can someone share their experience about DOCCD, regarding what we can or can't access.
*For example: * Can we access below urls? 1. Under IOS software> integrated networking solution> those docs listed there... http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/solution/index.htm *2. Important one is Call manager express features: * http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/access/ip_ph/ip_ks/itscdc/itsph.htm it redirects to new non-univercd link http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/roadmap/itsph.htm Some one complains on the other forum that he wasn't able to access the "CME feature" from the docCD. Is that true? CME feature are not allowed? if that is, how you guys remember so many commands? THanks for any input. PS: I have opened a TAC case on cisco certifiaction online but they are helpless. The response I got was "you are only allowed to access the link www.cisco.com/univercd/. Out of cisco.com/univercd even it is redirected from the DOCcd is not permitted. But I don't believe that because most URL have redirection to Cisco.comsite. Another quesiton, what if we are not able to get important URL's during the lab exam because of internet problem or they have denied the access to? for example, if we cna't get access to Unity docs or IPCC or CME /CCM , QOS srnd - can we ask to retake or refund the money? -- Smile, you'll save someone else's day!
