Edward , I am referring to the CCM Component Versions, in the POD the Publisher has 4.1(3)sr3a, while the subscriber has 4.1(3)sr3c. This should be part of the installation process, and nothing to do with Replications...Or am I missing something ? In other case do you have any reference of how to fix the replication you mentioned

(Help-->Component Version-->out-of-sync) In my last session in POD22 my 7960 phones never registered displaying a message "Veryfing Load" followed by a "Version Error" My experience is that if the versions are out-of-sync it could arise a lot of strange behaviours. Publisher and Subscriber ever must be n'sync. In that case proctorlabs should fix this issue. I suppose that in the real lab we will not encounter this kind of scenario. Maybe Mark can explain if I am right or wrong.
