[OSL | CCIE_Voice] calling out the CME E1

Am I missing something?  it doesn't look like we every dial out the E1 on
the CME BR2 VGW.  I see the SIP Dial-peers but never see anything going out
the E1.

if I'm wrong, can you give me the section that it talks about it, please.
